It has been said that your body is your temple. In any case, this is our one and only body, meant to last a lifetime. I do many things to take care of my body, including following a vegan diet, and walking almost every day. One of the main themes I will write about related to body is my yoga practice. I do an Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa yoga practice, usually in a room heated to about 100 degrees. For me, yoga is a spiritual practice, not just a form of exercise. It is a moving meditation. It is a way of connecting body with mind and soul.
