365 Challenge Day 271 – Yoga: Bandhas

I’m really interested in the bandhas.  I had only heard of three, the pelvis floor, the abdomen, and the throat.  But my teacher mentioned that there are many more, including for example in the feet and hands.  Actually, I don’t know.  I mean, I know what it feels like to engage my core muscles while I’m in the poses, and can feel a lifting in the pelvic floor in many postures as well, but is that the same as engaging the bandhas?  I feel it on the level of muscle, but I can’t say I feel it energetically.  There is so much to explore!!
