356 Challenge Day 121 – Revolution

40 Days to Personal Revolution – Day 11
Yoga: 75 minute Basics class at Baptiste. Felt a little annoyed at first with the slower pace, but eventually got into it.
Meditation: 20 minutes
Food: soft tacos with refried beans, Daiya vegan cheese, avocado, tomatoes, corn salsa, and raw cabbage. SO YUMMY, and the best part is it took about 4 minutes to prepare.
