40 Days to Personal Revolution – Day 5

Oh man, I am so tired tonight. It was a day of sticking to the goals, but doing the minimum.

YOGA: 40 minutes of good stretching at home. My muscles feel so tight!! Sounds counter-intuitive, but I guess I’m working hard and building muscle!

MEDITATION: 20 minutes

FOOD: steal cut oats, black bean soup, salad, dolmas, healthy stuff

JOURNALING: nada

DECLUTTERING: nada
