365 Challenge Day 74 – Running

Bummer.  I ran my two miles today, came in under 10 minute miles for both, all felt great, but now my back is sore.  Really sore.  I’m icing it and took some ibuprofen.  It’s so frustrating!!  I know I need to just admit that running isn’t good for me, stick to yoga and the elliptical, and throw in the towel!!  It’s strange though, it always feels fine while I’m running, and then hurts when I’m sitting.  Maybe it’s actually sitting that’s the problem.  I’m confused…  Probably need to start PT again. Ugh.
